All products are designed and created by hand, which means variations may occur between items. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

• Orders and Payments: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

• Custom Orders: For personalized or custom orders, please review all spelling, design, and detail information before confirming your purchase. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for custom work unless the error was made by us.

• Shipping and Delivery: Processing times vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product page for estimated processing times. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Returns and Cancellations: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases of damage or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
